Day #13, June 9. Twas indeed a beautiful evening! You might say it was DESSERT--after dessert--on this glorious evening walk round Aros Castle ruins on the grounds of Aros Mains, the lovely house where we are staying. After a yummy Welsh chicken dinner and apple pie for dessert, the sun glistening off the fields of bluebells and the beauty of the area teased us right outdoors for a leisurely stroll up to this 13th Century castle, once the stronghold of the Lord of the Isles. Oh, how much we loved our stroll and the views from the castle ruins.
